We can help with your business beyond cleaning services
Our cleaners are carefully trained to provide assistance when your guest(s) overstay. They will ask your guest to politely check out and deal with the key exchange interaction to ensure that your keys will be returned to the lockbox, if you have one. If utilizing a lockbox for key retrieval, we will check in to make sure there is a key ready for your guest(s). At the time that cleaning service is rendered, our cleaners can greet your guest(s), thus welcoming them to your space. We also understand how important it is for a guest to arrive to a place fully stocked and ready to go with basic items as: toilet paper, paper towel, hand soap, dish soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner.
Once the cleaning service starts, the cleaner will send a report that includes these important details:
-Pictures of any broken items
-Last guest cleaning rating; this rating is based on a 5 stars rating
-We’ll let you know right away if you are running low on essential supplies for an excellent guess experience such as; toilet paper, paper towel, hand soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner and dish soap
-Once the cleaning is completed, per request; we can send photos of your home with the results of our work.
